Practice Details

• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care in Valley Springs, CA (45 mins from Stockton, 1.5 hours from Sacramento)
• Patient Panel: Ages 16+ (pediatric patients are routed to a dedicated pediatrics department)
• Patient Volume: ~12 patients/day to start, with the option to ramp up to 15-20/day as you get comfortable
• Scope: Standard primary care & chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, preventive care, basic labs/cultures, onsite X-ray)
• Support & Logistics: 1 dedicated MA, 2 exam rooms, shared office space, AthenaOne EMR
• Onsite Specialty Support: Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Hepatology, and OB/GYN

Requirements

• MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion (recent grads welcome)
• Active California Medical License and DEA required (will not wait for licensing)
• Active BLS certification
