Practice & Cases

• Rural critical access hospital and clinic setting
• Primary care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Daily inpatient rounding with light census
• Typical office procedures including lesion removal and laceration repair

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• Morning hospital rounds followed by afternoon clinic
• Shared call rotation at least every third week
• Weekend call includes Saturday and Sunday rounding when assigned

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Iowa license required
• Open to IMLC physicians with active LOQ
