This is a Family Medicine position based in an outpatient health center conveniently located next to a respected community hospital. Practice Overview

• You'll practice outpatient Family Medicine in a health center adjacent to the hospital campus
• Join a team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, with opportunity to provide light APP oversight as needed
• Patient ramp-up supported: target 20-22 patients/day long-term, with a lower onboarding expectation early on
• Technology-forward environment with an EMR transition underway and AI scribe tools being implemented

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with a 4-day workweek option (typically 8-hour days)
• Half-day of built-in administrative time
• Potential for a 3-day schedule for the right fit
• Onboarding period designed to support a manageable early patient load

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary around $250,000 (with room to discuss based on experience and fit)

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in Family Medicine (no OB)
• Open to upcoming graduates and mid-career physicians
