Our clinic is distinguished by a holistic, patient-centered approach that ensures personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment.About the Opportunity:
- 4 1/2 day work week
- Practice with a board-certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician, and one Advanced Practice Provider
- Advanced Practice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Dependable hours with a focus on work-life balance
- Shared call
Compensation and benefits:
