Bronson LakeView Family Care - Blue Star is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their established Family Medicine practice in South Haven, Michigan.
Position Highlights:
- See full spectrum family practice patient's
- Candidate will work alongside one physician and two APP’s
- No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity
- Hospital-employed, outpatient only position
- As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the APP to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:00 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week.
- Team Approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, social worker, Pharmacist as well as nurse triage.
- Full-time with flexible scheduling
- This site is NHSC designated offering opportunity for applying for student loan forgiveness
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Current and Unrestricted State Medical License as MD/DO and DEA Licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient-centered care
