Schedule

Cases and Procedures

• Chronic Disease Management
• High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
• Busy practice, but on average, 16-20 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to IMLC Physicians
