Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Laguna Niguel, California.
The clinic prides itself on a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care, supported by a seasoned group of Family Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers, many of whom have demonstrated long-term dedication to our practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing medical procedures and capable of serving a wide range of patients, from infants to geriatrics
Position Details:
Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care.

- Full-Time Position
- Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5-day work week
- On-site Radiology, Laboratory
- Access to a comprehensive network of specialists
- Collaborative team with experienced physicians
- Support from advanced APPs and RNs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
- Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
