Who You Are

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Experienced primary care clinician comfortable treating the full age spectrum
• Excellent communicator eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinic model
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
